 Brief Introduction 

  Founded in 1989,Shanghai Baolou Auto Parts and Shope Factory is situates in the south of Liu Hang town,Baoshan District Shanghai.Since recognized by SVW Automotive company Ltd as supplier of spare parts in the early1990(serial number:204/5KY),the factory has been supplying spare parts for Santana series and Passat.and later appointed as supplying factory by SAIC Walker Exhaust Systems Company, SAIC chery automobile Company Ltd.(CHERY serial number:1DK)etc some automobile interrelated companies since 1999,the factory began to provide products by whole sale in 2000.At present ,the factory has around 80 types of products ,around 40 of which are specialized products for SVW Automotive company ltd.

  The factory has fixed assets of 19000,000 RMB worth of fixed assets with an annual sales profit of 30,000,000RMB and average of 300,000RMB.The factory covers 20,000 m²,the workshop build covers 6,000m² .and is equipped with above 40 pressure machines mainly constituted by 315T.200T hydraulic pressure machines and by 160T，100T,80T 63T brace press machine and has above 10 machine tool and numerical contol line incision machiningmachine tool.wth the laboratories of CMM.and all kinds of high and middle-level technical talents .the factory has a strong ability to research and explore new product.

   In the course of nationalizing the assembly line for Santana,the factory has put about ten million yuan in technical reform and by doing some realizes a co-development with Shanghai automobile industry,The factory mainly ,produces spare parts made of aluminu plate,round steeland trim armor plate cold punch and has capacity has won respects and praise for the credible quality,quick delivery of goods and excellent service.

   The factory regards carrying out quality system standard as his fundamentality base and with the corporate sprite :Team,Profession integrity ,Sincerely ,innovation.”to expands field continuously to push whole sides and total quality manage (TQM).on 18m,August 1998,the factory gained the ISO 9002 quality system certification by shanghai Audit center of Quality System hereby certifies that ,In February and August of 2000,the factory gained the QS-9000 quality system certification by German Rhiue TUV and VDA 6.1 system quality system certification respectively, The factory gains the B+.The joint in spection by SVW automotive  company Ltd and other customers.it has also got the Advanced Group issued by Baoshan government in Shanghai.
